Director, Vision Federal Market Forecast
      

Michelle Jobse is the Director of the PSC Vision Market Forecast and Conference. In its 58th year, the Vision program is the only non-profit forecast that addresses the defense, civilian, and federal information technology markets. In her role, Michelle leads over twenty teams of 275+ industry member volunteers who each year, through market research and an extensive interview process—gather, collate, and analyze information for the annual Vision Federal Market Conference. The purpose of the program is to a) Provide a forum for the Federal marketplace to obtain a concise, quantifiable assessment of the budgets, programs, priorities, and issues in a rapidly changing environment and b) encourage greater government/industry communication and interchange on issues, technology, programs and other areas of mutual interest.

Michelle joined PSC in 2014 through the acquisition of the Tech America Foundation. Prior to this role, she held a variety of positions providing market research within the federal and commercial markets. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from George Mason University.
