PSC seeks to provide opportunities for the government to benefit from natural business growth. Currently, policies may inadvertently make ineligible for competition businesses that “graduate” out of small business set-asides. PSC intends to advocate for opportunities to reward business growth for better government availability of mission accomplishing vendors.
