Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by Friday, November 1, 2024 to receive a full refund. After this date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to events@pscouncil.org. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations. No-shows will not receive a refund.
